Teams in Europe pay the same amounts in euros. Where the law requires it, sales tax or VAT is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
The free trial
- Each person gets one 14-day free trial, on the first team they create.
- If you choose a plan during your trial, you are not charged until the trial ends.
- If you don't choose a plan, nothing is charged. Your team becomes read-only: you can still open, look at and print your playbook, and export it.
Renewals
Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year, using the card on file, until you cancel. The price and the renewal date are shown in Manage billing in Hashmark, and Stripe emails a receipt for every charge.
How to cancel
- Sign in to Hashmark as the team's owner (or a co-owner).
- Open Manage billing (on the first page, or in Settings).
- Choose Cancel subscription.
Your plan keeps working until the end of the paid period, then stops renewing. Nothing is deleted: you can come back and choose a plan again at any time. If you can't sign in, email [email protected] and we cancel it for you.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of any charge (the first one or a renewal): email [email protected] from the account email, or tell us the team name, and we refund that charge in full. The plan then ends.
- After 14 days, charges are not refunded, and we don't refund part of a month or year. You can still cancel so the plan doesn't renew.
- Charged by mistake (a double charge, or a renewal after you cancelled): we always refund it, whenever you tell us.
- Refunds go back to the card that paid, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Changing plans
In Manage billing you can switch between Individual and Team, or between monthly and yearly. Stripe works out the difference for the time left in the current period, so you only pay for what you use.
